The DragonWeyr Station is 200 miles above Pern.
It will take at least 5 seconds for a grown pair of dragons to between to the station. A ship will take a rough estimate of an hour to four hours to make the trip given travel between planet and station is strictly forbidden in this manner. All other travel arrangements must be pmed to the Administration.

The bar/lounge/drinking hole is named The Gather Place. It's speciality drink is called The Fire Lizard's Tongue.
