Some characters can be submitted under significant circumstances that bypass all the usual rules.

There are admin circumstanced based characters.

Seriously, decided to point this out to even things up a bit in the light of clarity.

Now how do you get one?

Submit a personality profile to the administration. This needs to be done before any potential posting. We need to discuss the idea with each other and you before we can approve it.

Perfect characters will not be accepted, for obvious reasons. The more annoying or flamboyant or bratty, the better. These characters may not have skills like Gryft, Atin, Araena, Ishmael, or Gn'dolf. They must be midliners. Really, as long as the character has a decent personality and a solid character connection to another player, no problem.

Now, one liners will be discussed and at length. We don't need to know everything. We do need to discuss further rules about them though at this time it's all willy nilly. Give it a thought and have some fun.
