History - Jisani, along with her twin sister, Aijic, was born and has grown up at Sandy Foam Seahold. Her father, Jacsan, is a fisherman. Her mother, Sinjia, is a Dolphineer. Unlike a lot of Pernese children, Jisani was not fostered. She was raised by her mother, and her father when he was in port, and given more than just the education given by Harpers. It was thought that she might go up to the Station, and train with the Offworld born Dolphineers. At least, until she was Searched and went to the Weyr.
