History - Kynyn was born on Pern. He can vaguely recall a man and a woman wearing blue tunics that sang and played music a lot. He can recall the love he felt from them and for them. He can recall dragons flying in the skies overhead. Lastly, he can recall a dragon in miniature that sat on the woman's shoulder, and it would play with him. He was three.
But that is all that he can recall of his life before Enid Ark and Tyas Rideu. His memories then consist of hard, grueling times. Pain and hunger. Fear and a deep, grieving loss.
After Kynyn was stolen away from his home, he found himself in the stars on a space going ship. His life changed completely, with music being the only constant. His musical education was permitted, as he was used to entertain his new masters. He quickly grew up, because Kynyn wanted to survive, to escape, and to go home. If he only knew where home was.
